My experience had issues. I found room service unreliable. They did not clean the room until I asked and the staff was unhelpful. Hotel management lacked respect for clients. This greatly detracted from my stay.

The hotel provided a room after checkout. This allowed us to extend our day comfortably. the staff was attentive to our needs. Their willingness to assist was amazing.

The housekeeping service was inconsistent. The room was not cleaned until i requested it. the management team displayed rudeness. Client respect looked lacking.
